The transition process announced in 2019 moved toward completion with the North American brand operating under the Black Opal Carbons name.
The new name better reflects the product portfolio and aligns the North American business with the wider group, including manufacturing and export operations in South India.
Core operating elements remained the same: products, factory, address, facilities, pricing, support procedures, and day-to-day contacts.
The announcement also covered expanded production capacity, additional sales and customer-service resources, and new specialty-product offerings.
